<p>Milan have identified Bayer Leverkusen striker Victor Boniface as a key option to strengthen their attack, according to <a href="https://www.gazzetta.it/Calcio/Serie-A/Milan/06-07-2025/il-milan-segue-boniface-e-un-obiettivo-di-mercato-per-l-attacco.shtml?refresh_ce" target="_blank"><em>La Gazzetta dello Sport</em></a>. The 24-year-old Nigerian is reportedly one of several forwards being considered, alongside Juventus’ Vlahovic. Initial contact has been made with Leverkusen as<a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/ac-milan-submit-official-offer-for-ardon-jashari-after-agreeing-contract-with-club-brugge-midfielder/bltf06da9029873fe9e" target="_blank"> Milan assess their summer transfer strategy</a>.</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>Boniface scored 14 Bundesliga goals as Leverkusen won the title in the 2023-24 season but was limited to 19 league appearances last term due to injuries, though he still managed to score eight goals. While he was once valued at upwards of €50 million (£43m/$59m), Milan could now secure his services for a reduced fee of around €30m (£25m/$33m) due to his inconsistent availability and the rise of Patrik Schick as Leverkusen’s main striker.</p>
