The report adds that Betis may need to sell Assane Diao to make an Antony loan possible.</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>Antony may go down as one of United's worst-ever signings. A total of 12 goals and five assists in 93 games makes for sorry reading and it may be for the best to get him out of the club as soon as possible, be it on <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/man-utd-biggest-flop-antony-january-exit/bltd4ce8335e279decf" target="_self">loan or for a cut-price fee</a>.</p>

<p>This season, Antony has made 11 appearances in all competitions for United. The 24-year-old is yet to make a starting XI in the Premier League this term and all three of his starts have been in the Carabao Cup or the Europa League.</p>
