<p>Saka underwent hamstring surgery and has since been sidelined as he recovers from the injury he sustained during <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/bukayo-saka-obligated-to-go-on-holiday-arsenal-attacker-continues-recovery-from-injury/blt5ab7b4a9894deb1b" target="_blank">Arsenal’s 5-1 victory over Crystal Palace</a> on December 21.   Meanwhile, White has also been out of action after <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/mikel-arteta-positive-update-ben-white-arsenal-defender-knee-surgery/blt3692dbc3bc09cec6" target="_blank">undergoing knee surgery</a> in November. The defender last featured for the club in the 1-1 draw against Chelsea on November 10. </p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>According to <a href="https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/arsenal-mikel-arteta-injury-update-34630318" target="_blank"><em>The Mirror,</em></a><em> </em>White and Saka have boarded the flight to Dubai where the Gunners will look to regroup and recharge ahead of a crucial run-in to their campaign. While neither player is fully fit yet, they will continue their rehabilitation program alongside the squad in warmer conditions, which could aid their recovery process. </p>

<p>Following Arsenal’s elimination from the Carabao Cup, Arteta spoke about the importance of using the break in Dubai and said: "Especially when we lose a game, physically we were tired and you know we played so many games, we played so many games every three days. Now we have to look forward, first of all, I think this is going to be a painful one, and when we’re in Dubai, recharge and go again because we still have a lot to play for."</p>

<p>With the title race heating up, Arteta will be hoping that the Dubai camp rejuvenates his squad and helps them regain momentum for the crucial weeks ahead.
