<p>The Gunners have become fed up with awkward negotiations for Benjamin Sesko from RB Leipzig, report Bild, who say they are "back in the poker game" for Ekitike. Eintracht look set to demand €100m for the Frenchman.</p>

<p>Liverpool, Manchester United and Chelsea are all said to be rivals for Ekitike's signature, though the huge transfer fee could put off some suitors. All four clubs are aiming to improve their centre-forward options this summer, though <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/arsenal-striker-search-going-nowhere-gunners-swoop-chelsea-noni-madueke-winger-signing/blt967ca3beed8d2492" target="_blank">Arsenal's is the most obviously pressing need</a>.</p>

<p>Ekitike has scored 26 goals in 64 appearances for Eintracht, including 22 in 48 last season. He is uncapped by the national team but still one of the most in-demand players on the market. </p>
