<p>Williams is one of the most in-demand wingers in Europe and has also been linked with a <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/chelsea-draw-up-three-man-striker-shortlist-with-blues-set-to-stick-to-youth-transfer-policy/blt0a2b1820852d21ce" target="_blank">move to Chelsea</a>.
