<p>The Catalan giants are expected to make a few signings in the summer transfer window as they look to strengthen their squad ahead of the 2025/26 season. Per <a href="https://x.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1898149324871155974" target="_blank">Fabrizio Romano</a>, the management has decided to sign a new right full-back as they seek defensive reinforcements in the next window.</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>The report adds that current right-back Jules Kounde continues to enjoy the trust of manager Hansi Flick and the team management but the club want to secure the signature of a back-up for the Frenchman. In the 2024/25 campaign, the former Sevilla star has appeared in 41 matches across all competitions where he has scored three goals and provided eight assists. </p>
