WHAT HAPPENED?

According to that same report, the "overwhelming view" of the Blaugrana representatives is that Greenwood would be "tailor-made" for Camp Nou. The Catalan club are determined to land the 22-year-old and are thought to be leading the race in that regard. Any move by Barcelona <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/can-mason-greenwood-leave-man-utd-permanent-january-transfer-getafe/blt993f55d67caab9d4" target="_blank">would take place in the summer</a>, though, as they look set to face stiff competition from their league rivals.
