However, despite interest from the Red Devils and Paris Saint-Germain, <a href="https://www.waz-online.de/sport/regional/nach-spanien-ewa-pajors-abschied-vom-vfl-wolfsburg-ist-fix-7C4WS7DAOZARTJAMAMN4OSCRQY.html" target="_blank">AZ/WAZ Sport</a> reports that the next chapter of Pajor's career will come in Barcelona and that <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/patri-guijarro-barcelona-star-world-class-womens-champions-league-wolfsburg/blt85a282eb2437c60f" target="_blank">the European champions</a> will pay a record fee for her services. The 27-year-old has a €500,000 (£426,000/$532,000) release clause in her contract which, when activated, will see her become the most expensive sale in Frauen-Bundesliga history.<a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/barcelona-femeni-asisat-oshoala-transfer-nwsl-bay-fc/blt260a3dc0180b16a1" target="_blank">Asisat Oshoala joined Bay FC from Barcelona earlier this year</a>, so the Catalans are in need of a centre-forward and in Pajor they will get one of the best in the business.
