<p>During a chat with OneFootball, the Red Devils star was asked to pick the best eleven players he has played with for club and country. Shaw picked Wayne Rooney, Cristiano Ronaldo and Zlatan Ibrahimovic as the front three while selecting Raphael Varane, Kyle Walker and John Stones as his defensive partners. WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>While Shaw did include several current club and country teammates in the lineup, he surprisingly omitted club captain Bruno Fernandes from the list. He also did not include another colleague Harry Maguire who plays alongside him for both club and country.</p>

THE BIGGER PICTURE

<p>Despite missing the majority of the 2023/24 campaign due to injury, the former Southampton full-back has been included by Gareth Southgate in his <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/euro-2024-squads/blt97cd0b91b6beee2a" target="_blank">final Three Lions squad</a> for the Euro 2024.</p>
