However, the Italian says anyone who talks about a rift "isn't telling the truth".</p>

<p>He told a press conference: "I've spoken with the players and the club. We're on the same page. We're hurt. These are things that can happen in football; you can't always win. We have the same idea. We haven't had a clash with the club because we're always in the same boat. Anyone who talks about a clash with the president isn't telling the truth."</p>

WHAT ANCELOTTI SAID

<p>Ancelotti is said to have the <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/carlo-ancelotti-receives-vote-of-confidence-real-madrid-president-florentino-perez-training-ground-boss-open-brazil-2026-world-cup/bltfc42ae8f190de756#csbdffc7445d2093b8" target="_blank">support of Perez</a> but the ex-AC Milan and Chelsea manager may be on<a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/carlo-ancelotti-real-madrid-boss-catastrophic-champions-league-exit-italian-his-job/blt7692f94fa8af7f6c#csd730fc3269984f96" target="_blank"> borrowed time at Madrid</a>. They are still in with a shot of winning La Liga and the Copa del Rey but if they fail to triumph in either, the 65-year-old is likely to leave the club this summer.</p>
