Al-Ahli are said to have made an "incredible" offer, but the Blues are hoping to persuade him to remain in the Premier League, having so far <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/chelsea-set-miss-out-victor-osimhen-al-ahli-close-65m-transfer-napoli/blt20c4864e5bb57ccc" target="_blank">failed to convince Victor Osimhen to leave Napoli</a>.

WHAT HAPPENED?

Chelsea have spent a staggering €260m (£219m/$290m) this summer, and have already secured no fewer than 12 first-team signings. Joao Felix and Pedro Neto both bolster the Blues' attack but manager <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/chelsea-enzo-maresca-blues-target-new-striker-victor-osimhen-transfer-links/blt0c11213b6c99bb68#csba1673583b4b49f7" target="_blank">Enzo Maresca has said that he wants a new No.9</a>, and Toney has subsequently been identified. While Al-Ahli have made a bid to sign the England international, Chelsea hope that the lure of staying in England may sway matters.
