<p>According to a report from <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/DMQxXr2sZlT/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link" target="_blank"><em>Glam Set &amp; Match</em></a>, the English attacker has potentially ended his three-year-long relationship with Grace after he unfollowed and blocked the Manchester-based manicurist and influencer on social media. It adds that Grace also unfollowed Palmer's sister a few weeks back.</p>

<p>Grace reportedly travelled to the U.S. to support to watch Palmer in action for Chelsea in the Club World Cup but was hardly seen at the club's matches.
