Liverpool's preparations for the Carabao Cup final have been disrupted by injuries to Jota and Jones which mean both players will miss the game at Wembley Stadium, according to <a href="https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2024/02/19/liverpool-curtis-jones-diogo-jota-injured-carabao-cup-final/" target="_blank">The Telegraph</a>. Both players picked up <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-us/lists/injury-disaster-liverpool-diogo-jota-knee-issue-curtis-jones-brentford-mohamed-salah-return/blt437ba0b65a27a61f" target="_blank">problems in the 4-1 win over Brentford</a> and scans have now confirmed they will miss the game against the Blues.
