Postecoglou did what I love to see people do, which is they say they're going to do something and they went and did it.</p><p>"He has got the monkey off people's backs which is a trophy. He has exhibited something that maybe he'll now pivot into which is I can play a different way when I have to when I need to, when there's a real pressure on me to achieve an outcome.</p><p>"I think he's earned the right to have some latitude. I'm thrilled for him and he's thrilled for himself."</p>

WHAT JORDAN SAID

<p>For Postecoglou, the challenge now is to build on this success and integrate what he has learnt into a Premier League title challenge. The summer transfer window presents an opportunity to strengthen the squad further and his ability to adapt his tactics could be crucial for future success.
