<p>Edu has been officially unveiled as Nottingham Forest’s Global Head of Football in a newly created senior role. The former Brazil and Arsenal executive will be responsible for all football-related operations at the club. This project connects deeply with my values around innovation and long-term planning. I look forward to building a global football model that is competitive, sustainable, and aligned with our President’s ambition." </p><p>Forest president Marinakis added: "We are extremely happy to welcome Edu to our football family. WHAT EDU AND MARINAKIS SAID

<p>Edu will now begin working closely with head coach Nuno Espirito Santo and Forest’s recruitment team to shape the squad for the Europa Conference League campaign. His wider role may include identifying further club acquisitions to grow Marinakis’ football network. With pre-season underway, the Brazilian’s long-term planning starts now for the future of the club.  </p>
