WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>France missed the chance to fight it out for a second Nations League title as they were deservedly beaten by Spain. Despite an incredible late comeback, Les Bleus' defence was ruthlessly exposed as the Euro 2024 winners squeaked into the final. While Didier Deschamps' men showed fight to come back, the way they fell so far behind is a huge cause for concern.</p>
