<p>Kane helped <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/harry-kane-completes-set-bayern-munich-star-st-pauli-complete-formidable-bundesliga-record/blt724689dc3891d00d" target="_blank">Bayern beat St Pauli</a> at the weekend, and after the match he took the time to praise team-mate Leroy Sane. The 29-year-old is out of contract this summer and amid<a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/arsenal-leroy-sane-mikel-arteta-contract-bayern-munich/bltaa7eb4db85ecc966" target="_blank"> mounting Arsenal transfer rumours</a>, the England international has sent a message of sorts to the club's board to keep hold of the winger.</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>He told <a href="https://x.com/iMiaSanMia/status/1906359464107589890" target="_blank">Bild</a>: "It's obvious that I harmonize very well with him. He has great qualities and terrifying skills. It was a top game from him [against St. Pauli] and great to see how he converted his chances. He often gets into those positions and was ice-cold in front of goal, which is what we need."</p><p>On Sane's future, Kane added: "It's not my decision, but the club's. I really like playing with Leroy and would love for him to stay. But that's a discussion between him and the club."</p>

WHAT HARRY KANE SAID

<p>Sane is yet to sign a new deal at Bayern and it seems he could be <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/at-least-one-leave-bayern-munich-possibly-even-two-lothar-matthaus-expects-busy-transfer-window-bundesliga-leaders/blt3e14825a88c8499a" target="_blank">one of the players the German giants</a> fail to retain for next season. The German international admitted he still has a <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/leroy-sane-admits-fondness-premier-league-bayern-munich-winger-responds-arsenal-man-utd-transfer-links/bltfc604887f43fdcb5" target="_blank">"fondness"</a> for the Premier League and after nearly five years at Bayern, he may be inching closer to a return to English football.</p>
