<p>Salah's future is up in the air at Liverpool, as he recently claimed he <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/more-out-than-in-mohamed-salah-makes-huge-admission-liverpool-future-disappointed-reds-talisman-claims-yet-receive-offer-new-contract/blt7b7a8cab9bbdbc7f" target="_blank">was "more out than in" at the club</a>, with his deal set to expire at the end of the season. He also claimed that the Reds' clash with Manchester City <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-bh/lists/mo-salah-contract-bombshell-liverpool-final-game-man-city/bltea0f5f2168b0e39c" target="_blank">could be his last</a> against Pep Guardiola's side at Anfield, but it now appears that there has been another twist in an ongoing saga.</p>

<p>Farouk is a former Egypt international who won 13 caps in the 1990s, and he is followed by Salah on social media. He has now posted an update surrounding his countryman, and appears to have leaked that he has put pen to paper. </p>
