Now, <a href="https://www.gazzetta.it/Calcio/Calciomercato/Juventus/27-06-2024/juve-adeyemi-o-sancho-per-accendere-vlahovic-yildiz-c-e-chiesa-rischia.shtml?refresh_ce" target="_blank">Gazzetta dello Sport</a> claims if Juventus sign Dortmund winger Karim Adeyemi for around £25m ($32m), that could pave the way for the German team to sign Sancho.

WHAT HAPPENED?

Sancho joined United from Dortmund in 2021 but the move did not go as planned. He scored just 12 goals and registered a paltry six assists in 82 appearances and his feud with Ten Hag hammered home just how disappointing his time at the Red Devils has been. It is not yet known if Sancho will leave for the Bundesliga outfit and what fee United will be willing to accept for him.

THE BIGGER PICTURE

The former Manchester City academy product's form at United was in stark contrast to his time with Dortmund. In the 2019-20 season, for instance, Sancho scored 17 goals and bagged 17 assists in 32 Bundesliga games.
