Musiala is under contract until 2026 and has yet to enter into negotiations with the club to extend that deal.</p>

<p>Madrid view the Germany international as a potential backup for Jude Bellingham, while City believe he could thrive under the management of Pep Guardiola. He could also potentially replace Kevin De Bruyne, <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/revealed-extortionate-transfer-fee-man-city-kevin-de-bruyne-saudi-pro-league/blt8667701e9561a395#csba2b8b10f14a23d9" target="_blank">who has been linked with a move to Saudi Arabia</a>. Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea are also monitoring developments, as Musiala is said to be very keen on a move to England.</p>
