WHAT KAI HAVERTZ SAID

<p>Havertz has undoubtedly struggled for form since his £65m ($81.9m) arrival from Chelsea. But refreshingly, Arsenal fans have stood by him, heading <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/mikel-arteta-bukayo-saka-arsenal-criticism-kai-havertz/blt291b8c9cfdf82a98" target="_blank">Mikel Arteta's pleas</a> to support the forward. Arteta will be hoping that his patience will now start to be repaid after Saturday's decisive contribution.</p>

<p>Havertz's header was his first goal from open play for his new club.
