<p>France international Mbappe <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/kylian-mbappe-forced-off-muscle-injury-real-madrid-champions-league-atalanta/bltb679d3267995506a" target="_blank">picked up a thigh injury during a Champions League clash with Atalanta</a> on December 10. That problem prevented him from figuring in a La Liga date with Rayo Vallecano that saw Los Blancos drop more precious points in a 3-3 draw.</p>
