WHAT CHLOE KELLY SAID

<p>Kelly has had a year or so of near misses. Firstly, her <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/england-women-s-player-ratings-spain-lucy-bronze-lionesses-world-cup/blt69bb44e53ae5d791" target="_blank">England side lost in the Women's World Cup final to Spain</a> last August and then last month City were <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/chelsea-bounced-back-quadruple-disappointment-uswnt-bound-emma-hayes-perfect-farewell-wsl-title/bltfe074f59e0cf75a3" target="_blank">pipped to the Women's Super League title by Chelsea</a> on the last day. The 26-year-old will hope next season brings more success. </p>

THE GOSSIP

<p>Kelly can enjoy several weeks off now before returning for England duty against the Republic of Ireland in another Euro 2025 qualifier on July 12 at Carrow Road. </p>
