<p>According to <a href="https://tbrfootball.com/worrying-news-for-liverpool-as-real-madrid-have-just-scouted-richard-hughes-two-transfer-targets-on-saturday/" target="_blank">TBR Football</a>, Madrid have taken new measures in their pursuit of <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/liverpool-chelsea-offered-hope-race-dean-huijsen-andoni-iraola-good-offer-admission-bournemouth-defender-future/bltf7e3f69bae184879" target="_blank">Liverpool targets Huijsen</a> and <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/liverpool-bournemouth-name-price-for-milos-kerkez-not-interested-caoimhin-kelleher-potential-transfer/blt0306a76073bc99e7#cs279d823618b8fbf1" target="_blank">Kerkez</a>. Los Blancos representatives reportedly watched the centre-back - who scored in the <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/arsenal-player-ratings-vs-bournemouth-gunners-paris-beaten-bruised-bukayo-saka-leandro-trossard-struggle-martin-odegaard-lapse/bltaec62c7bcbb6df79" target="_blank">win at Arsenal</a> - and left-back at the Emirates at the weekend.</p>

<p>The Bournemouth duo have had exceptional seasons and both are expected to make big-money exits this summer, with <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/chelsea-must-beat-arsenal-liverpool-real-madrid-50m-dean-huijsen-transfer/blt861a67abb358e6b3" target="_blank">top Premier League sides</a> chasing their signature. It seemed that <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/dean-huijsen-real-madrid-transfer-bournemouth-centre-back-decision-deadline-chelsea-liverpool-man-utd-interest/bltcb82f513c387fc49" target="_blank">Madrid would not pay Huijsen's £50 million ($63m) release clause</a> but this scouting move may suggest they are not giving up on the Spain international. The pull of Santiago Bernabeu is always a difficult offer to turn down, too.</p>

THE BIGGER PICTURE

<p>Bournemouth signed Huijsen from Juventus for a fee worth up to €18.2m (£15.5m) last summer and Kerkez left AZ Alkmaar for around £15m ($20m) in 2023. Now they could be sold for three times that amount.</p>
