<p>Former Liverpool defender Markus Babbel feels it is <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/harvey-elliott-darwin-nunez-liverpool-fringe-players-key-roles-treble-bid/bltbb2938fd2093bc78" target="_blank">time for forward Nunez to leave Anfield</a> this summer and that England striker Kane, 31, still has "plenty to offer" in the Premier League. He added that <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/special-release-clause-liverpool-man-city-man-utd-arsenal-chelsea-sign-borussia-dortmund-serhou-guirassy-real-barcelona-in-the-running/blte5c0b09e8c8bc35b" target="_blank">Borussia Dortmund's Serhou Guirassy</a> would be another worthwhile option to consider but Kane's prolific form in Germany would make him an excellent purchase.</p><p> </p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>He told <a href="https://casinoutanspelpaus.io/" target="_blank"><em>Makthavare</em></a>: "Darwin Nunez has to play more regularly. If Liverpool were to move Nunez on this summer and if they really want a top goalscorer then they should look at Harry Kane. His goalscoring record at Bayern Munich has been brilliant and of course he would still have plenty to offer in the Premier League if he were to return. Another option I would look at is Serhou Guirassy at Borussia Dortmund. Guirassy is a great player and he’s scoring for Dortmund. It doesn’t matter which club he’s playing for, he still performs – he was still scoring regularly for Stuttgart last season. He’s now performing well for Dortmund and scoring goals despite them having a really bad season. He’s a great player and the type of player that would certainly help Liverpool next season. I think Darwin Nunez could still be an outstanding striker as he has so much potential. He's strong, skilful, fast – he has everything he needs to be a great striker but he’s struggling to show it at Liverpool. So I think he has to leave the club to play more regularly and to build up his confidence. He’s struggling with confidence under Arne Slot, he doesn’t believe he’s the number one striker which is affecting him.”</p>

WHAT BABBEL SAID

<p>While Kane does have a <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/harry-kane-power-leave-bayern-munich-shock-release-clause-details-could-lead-to-premier-league-homecoming/blta78211a2faf69f6b#csc9eaefa125ce4e18" target="_blank">release clause in his Bayern deal</a>, he has repeatedly said he is <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/harry-kane-breaks-silence-potential-premier-league-return-bayern-munich-striker-reflects-great-years-tottenham/blt4ee0ae049727e681" target="_blank">happy at the German giants</a>, and his contract still has more than two years left to run on it. Nunez, on the other hand, is struggling for game time and seems increasingly more likely to leave Liverpool at the end of the season.</p>

<p>Before the summer transfer window opens, Kane's Bayern can win the Bundesliga title at home to Mainz if Bayer Leverkusen fail to win this weekend and Nunez's Liverpool can wrap up the Premier League on Sunday, or earlier if results go their way.</p>
