However, Pep Guardiola's side are expected to face competition from French champions Paris Saint-Germain and will likely need Champions League football to make the move appealing for Akliouche.</p>

<p>Man City are expected to overhaul their central midfield options this summer, with club legend <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/kevin-de-bruyne-official-midfielder-confirms-leave-man-city-emotional-message-fans/blt539077ebbba59885" target="_blank">Kevin De Bruyne already confirmed to be leaving</a> at the end of the season.
