<p>The Red Devils are prepared to take a serious financial hit on a player that they snapped up from Atalanta for £72m ($98m) in 2023. Hojlund has <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/man-utd-2024-25-season-ratings-every-player-ranked/blted9cf0a7e72b40db" target="_blank">registered just 26 goals for the Premier League heavyweights through 95 appearances</a> in all competitions.</p>

<p>Despite his struggles in England, Champions League finalists Inter believe that he can still do a job in the Italian top-flight. They are preparing talks with United while gracing the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.</p>

<p>According to <a href="https://www.gazzetta.it/Calcio/Serie-A/Inter/15-06-2025/inter-hojlund-il-preferito-in-attacco-bonny-resiste.shtml " target="_blank"><em>Gazzetta dello Sport</em></a>, Hojlund has "made it known that he really likes the idea of <wbr><wbr>wearing a new Nerazzurri shirt". He is aware that things have not worked out as planned in Manchester, with a <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/rasmus-hojlund-gives-green-light-to-inter-move-as-man-utd-striker-plots-serie-a-return/blt650f676eb1d493b3" target="_blank">new challenge being sought</a>.</p>
