<p>Sport Italia's <a href="https://www.sportitalia.it/2025/01/12/esclusiva-si-criscitiello-napoli-conte-ha-scelto-garnacho/" target="_blank"><em>Michele Criscitiello</em></a> reported, on Sunday, that Napoli have identified Manchester United star Alejandro Garnacho as a replacement for Paris Saint-Germain-bound Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. The report further claimed that Napoli officials are already in touch with the Red Devils as <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/antonio-conte-alejandro-garnacho-replacement-khvicha-kvaratskhelia-man-utd-price-tag/bltb82c5724f3d65ef2#cs2ee577088e5abb62" target="_blank">Antonio Conte has given his green signal for the Argentine's transfer</a>. </p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p><em>Corriere dello Sport</em> now reports that United could be open to selling the 20-year-old attacker as they have to comply with Premier League's Profit and Sustainability Rules. Garnacho, being a homegrown player, will earn the Red Devils a pure profit and they have reportedly set an asking price of €70million (£58m/$71m). The transfer fee, however, is open to negotiation. </p>
