The squad have decided to act and will enjoy a meal out in Manchester on Wednesday in order to boost spirits ahead of a pivotal run of games, report <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-14409547/Bombshell-news-Man-United-Denis-Law-Dave-Brailsford.html" target="_blank"><em>Mail Sport</em></a>.</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>United have been dogged by stories of disharmony for some time, with Cristiano Ronaldo, Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho all leaving the club under a cloud in recent years. None have been involved in a side performing as poorly as this one, however, with 10 wins from the final 13 league matches of this season required simply to avoid it being their worst ever Premier League campaign.</p>

THE BIGGER PICTURE

<p>The same report states that some of United's players are beginning to lose faith in head coach Ruben Amorim. The Portuguese has taken charge of 21 matches since replacing Erik ten Hag in November, winning just nine, and recently described his side as <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/we-are-worst-team-in-history-of-man-utd-ruben-amorim-admits-everybody-under-performing-red-devils-hit-131-year-low-home-loss-brighton/blt32390b4e4fd9ee7f" target="_blank">the worst in the club's history</a>.</p>
