Budget restrictions prevented a move but Mbappe's forthcoming exit, <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/kylian-mbappe-real-madrid-french-psg-team-mates/blt464b7cc10734a305" target="_blank">confirmed earlier this week</a>, frees up a large amount of PSG's budget despite losing their prized asset for free.
