<p>Palmer was pictured enjoying a day with the London-based rap star, who is a dedicated Chelsea fan. Cee, full name Oakley Neil Caesar-Su, posted an image of himself in a black Nike tracksuit surrounded by a group of men all wearing the same outfit; Palmer included. On Cee's Instagram page, Palmer commented: "My boy."</p>
