WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>The celebrities are put through a series of challenges as they compete to win a £1 million prize. Evra's participation was announced as a surprise in the first episode, marking the latest chapter in the 43-year-old's attempt to become an internet star.</p>

THE BIGGER PICTURE

<p>Evra spent eight years at United and won five Premier League titles and reached three Champions League finals, winning the competition in 2008. Despite his Old Trafford heroics, he hopes instead to be recognised for his YouTube career.</p><p>"I hope, in maybe one year, that people will say: 'Oh, this is the YouTuber!'.
