<p>Cruz Azul are reportedly exploring the possibility of bringing César Montes and Luis Chávez back to Liga MX, as both Mexico internationals are believed to be open to leaving Russia this summer.
</p><p>Journalist Adrián Esparza Oteo reported that the two players have already initiated informal contact with the club, suggesting early-stage interest in joining La Máquina.
</p><p>"Russia is not an easy place. Luis Chávez and César Montes are already exploring a return to Mexico and have approached Cruz Azul. It’s not close yet, but they’ve knocked on the door — we’ll see what happens," Esparza Oteo said.
</p><p>The potential moves have sparked excitement among fans, especially as Cruz Azul look to reinforce their squad ahead of the upcoming season. Under the leadership of sporting director Iván Alonso, the team remains in contention for two major titles - Liga MX and the CONCACAF Champions Cup.
