However, according to <a href="https://www.football.london/chelsea-fc/transfer-news/chelseas-enzo-fernandez-transfer-stance-31187247" target="_blank"><em>Football London</em></a><em>, </em>Chelsea remain firm on holding onto Fernandez, shutting down any possibility of a transfer amid growing interest from Real Madrid. </p>

<p>Fernandez has hit top form for Chelsea, producing some of his best performances since joining from Benfica. Maresca sees Fernandez as a crucial part of his system and his importance to the squad has only increased as Chelsea aim for Champions League qualification and European success.   </p>
