Tough and attentive in duels and sharp in attack with two goals against Stuttgart.&nbsp;His second was particularly impressive - a perfectly placed shot and a must see.

The winner

Karim Adeyemi:Dortmund struck five times on home soil in this game but the summer signing was hardly involved. He failed to get any of the goals or an assist as his side ran rampant and was substituted midway through the second half.

The loser

Gregor Kobel (6/10):He was barely called upon as Stuttgart were unable to build any strong attacks. Intercepted a few crosses confidently, otherwise was busy celebrating the goals.Niklas Sule (9/10):Utilised at right-back once again, the defender helped out with the first goal, scored the second and was defensively more stable than Thomas Meunier has been recently. He helped out in building attacks as many came from his side.Nico Schlotterbeck (6/10):As always trying to boost the Dortmund attacks from behind.&nbsp;Played a lot of vertical passes, but not always successfully.&nbsp;Had a couple of dodgy moments but this time went unpunished.Mats Hummels (7/10):A stable performance from the veteran defender overall. He was once again an important reference point for his side, even though he didn't always look good when Stuttgart managed to get behind the Dortmund back line. Raphael Guerreiro (7/10):A few weak moments defensively but the left-back was good with the ball and an important driver for Dortmund.&nbsp;He had some good actions in the second half especially.

Borussia Dortmund ratings: Defence

Salih Ozcan (6/10): Often on his own defensively and stuck patrolling large areas, the Turkey international was too late to many battles in midfield and lost out, but he did win a few balls.Jude Bellingham (9/10): Another special performance from the Englishman. He initiated his first goal all on his own and was involved in almost everything Dortmund did. It was a symbolic performance as he was the lynchpin of the team and topped it off with a beautiful second strike to make it 4-0.Julian Brandt (7/10): One of the most active players next to Bellingham, but not quite as consistently sound as the younger midfielder.&nbsp;Had some good combinations and was good at pressing but lost a few too many balls.Karim Adeyemi (5/10): Another disappointing performance from the 20-year-old. He put his team at risk defensively by losing so many of his duels and didn't have many positive moments in attack, either.Giovanni Reyna (8/10): &nbsp;Not a man who makes many big highlights, but someone who impresses with his consistency.&nbsp;Often with the right decision, rarely losing the ball and chipped in with an excellent goal - his first in 421 days. Youssoufa Moukoko (8/10): Inconspicuous for a long time and with few ball contacts until his strong positioning allowed him to set up Reyna for the third goal. Rewarded himself with his goal to make it 5-0.

Midfield and attack

Emre Can (6/10): Replaced Schlotterbeck in the 55th minute, but did not stand out against Stuttgart, who were only busy defending.Felix Passlack (7/10): Brought on for Hummels in the 66th minute.&nbsp;Was very busy and active, but naturally couldn't give the game as much dynamic on the right side as Sule.Thorgan Hazard (7/10): Came in for Reyna after 66 minutes and helped out with some good pressing movements but was mostly harmless in attack.Anthony Modeste (6/10): Was called on to take the place of the underwhelming Karim Adeyemi after 66 minutes.&nbsp;He was kept just as quiet as he has been in most of his other appearances.Marius Wolf (N/A): Came on for Guerreiro in the 80th minute.
