<p>Among those backing Pogba to make a return to Manchester is Ferdinand, who insists that United should at least offer the midfielder an opportunity to train with the squad.</p><p>During the latest episode of <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N1k9m8AyKik" target="_blank"><em>Rio Ferdinand Presents</em></a> on YouTube, the former United defender said: "You’d like to think he would [be going somewhere]. Surely he’s got to go somewhere. Pogba at United? I’d go come in and train with us and let’s see what you’ve got. I’d do that. I would’ve done that already. I’d say come in and get fit and let’s have a little look."</p>

WHAT FERDINAND SAID

<p>Pogba returned to Old Trafford for a second spell from Juventus in 2016, and his comeback was famously announced in a video featuring British rapper Stormzy, who was seen wearing a United jersey with Pogba’s name on the back. Ferdinand humorously suggested that Stormzy could be preparing another verse for a new Pogba unveiling video in case a return materialises.</p><p>“Stormzy could be doing a little verse for the video now," he joked.</p>
