<p>Reynolds and <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/ryan-reynolds-tom-brady-natalie-portman-jj-watt-good-football-wrexham-carlos-edwards-superstar-owners/blt194c9d39a400e40a" target="_blank">fellow co-chairman Rob McElhenney</a> have pieced together an ambitious and intriguing project at SToK Racecourse, with it their <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/ryan-reynolds-rob-mcelhenney-premier-league-wrexham-plans-appeal-big-company/blt51bff5d5dd93c645" target="_blank">intention to reach the Premier League</a>. Ronaldo may yet form part of those plans, despite <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/cristiano-ronaldo-future-man-utd-manager-why-portuguese-superstar-backed-lionel-messi-coaching-red-devils-real-madrid/blt7a2089de67e7841e" target="_blank">being 39 years of age</a>, with a move into acting something that supposedly appeals to the all-time great. </p>

<p>French World Cup winner Leboeuf, who spent time in England with Chelsea and also turned out for Hollywood United, has told <a href="https://www.sportscasting.com/ " target="_blank"><em>SportsCasting.com</em></a> of the <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/cristiano-ronaldo-backed-to-buy-wrexham-ryan-reynolds-rob-mcelhenney-portugal/bltccf3a8df03dabf8e" target="_blank">Ronaldo to Wrexham rumours</a>: “There is a chance for one reason. In my phone, I have an interview that I made with Ronaldo in the US for ESPN when I asked him if he wanted to be an actor after his career and he said ‘why not?’.</p><p>“I think Ronaldo is clever enough to sign for Wrexham after his career to play in a beautiful Hollywood movie. Why not? If he loves football and wants to play for Wrexham, but at the same time is thinking about being a fantastic actor in Hollywood, I'm fine with that. I love ambition. Ronaldo is a hell of a character so it would be great for Wrexham.” </p>

WHAT LEBOEUF SAID

<p>Ronaldo is only under contract at Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr until the summer of 2025, although he is <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/contract-extension-cristiano-ronaldo-40-al-nassr-superstar-prolong-62-goal-stint-saudi-arabia/blt9b5fe85776a669ee" target="_blank">expected to agree an extension to those terms</a>. A return to the United Kingdom for <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/cristiano-ronaldo-sensational-man-utd-return-make-amends-sour-ending-undying-love-club/bltdba871a3f5bfa1c0" target="_blank">the former Manchester United star</a> is, however, not being ruled out – with anything considered to be possible when it comes to CR7. </p>
