WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>Ohanian and Williams became the latest celebrity Americans to invest in European football. Earlier, NFL icons Tom Brady and JJ Watt invested in Birmingham City and Burnley, while Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney bought majority stakes in Wrexham. Under the actors' ownership, the Red Dragons secured three consecutive promotions and will compete in the Championship next season.</p>

<p>Sonia Bompastor has guided the Blues to two titles already in the 2024-25 campaign as the club successfully defended their WSL title and beat Manchester City to win the Women's League Cup. They are now aiming to complete a domestic treble by beating the Red Devils at Wembley.</p>
