<p>Guler was seen aiming the gesture at Szoboszlai during Turkey's 3-0 win over Hungary, a result that saw them promoted to Nations League A. Szoboszlai replied to Guler's Instagram post after the game with "1088", a reference to the number of minutes Guler has played for Real Madrid this season.</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>The war of words did not end there, with Guler later posting a story on the platform in which he called Szoboszlai "a joke". <p>Guler is part of a Madrid squad still aiming for a treble this season, with their La Liga, Copa del Rey and Champions League hopes still alive. Szoboszlai will be hoping to get Liverpool over the line in the Premier League title race, with Everton their next opponents at Anfield next week.</p>
