WHAT TORONTO FC POSTED

<p>Toronto FC have shown signs of life in recent weeks, picking up momentum after a slow start to the season. While they currently sit 14th in the Eastern Conference with seven points from nine league games, recent performances suggest a potential turnaround. Only CF Montréal (3) are below them in the standings, but with their improved form, Toronto will be hoping to continue climbing back into playoff contention.</p><p></p><p></p>

THE BIGGER PICTURE

<p>Following the first win of their season against Real Salt Lake, Toronto FC will be hoping to build on that momentum when they host New York City FC next at the BMO Field on April 26. They then face fellow Canadian side CF Montreal in the preliminary round of the Canadian Championship on April 30 at home before another MLS home game against New England Revolution on May 3.</p>
