Al-Hilal and Milan agreed terms for the sale of the defender for a sum of €35 million (£30m/$40m) but the move hinges on the player's willingness to move. Atletico and Newcastle have reached out and the Frenchman will consider his options in the coming days.</p>

<p>With renewal talks between Milan and Hernandez stalling, the club have opted to put the left-back up for sale to ensure they do not lose him for free when his contract expires in the summer of 2026.
