<p>The forward embarked on a <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/christian-pulisic-alexa-melton-beach-usmnt-star-sunshine-golf-pro-partner-copa-america-flop/bltcd60148f00ed4557" target="_blank">summer break</a> on the back of a calamitous Copa America campaign which saw the USMNT bow out from the group stages. He switched off from action for a few weeks to recharge and has now caught up with his Milan teammates in the US, as the Rossonerri have flown across the Atlantic to honour their pre-season commitments. </p>

<p>Upon entering the training base, Pulisic was greeted by the new manager, Paulo Fonseca. The duo had a brief chat before the forward went on to meet the players, who were on their way for a training session. </p>

<p>Milan are set to face <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/christian-pulisic-ac-mila-man-city-yankee-stadium-barcelona-real-madrid-el-clasico-metlife-u-s-preseason-series/bltc482c137fadc1a83" target="_blank">Manchester City in their first match of the US trip</a> on Saturday. However, Pulisic is likely to be rested for the encounter but could feature in the next two games against Clasico rivals Real Madrid and Barcelona on August 1 and 7 respectively. </p>
