<p>With two games left in the regular season, Lingard and FC Seoul have guaranteed themselves a spot in the championship play-offs. Ahead of the mini-tournament, the former Manchester United midfielder attempted to give a speech motivating his team-mates to try and win the league but needed a translator to put his words into Korean, which made for an awkward watch.</p>

WATCH THE CLIP

<p>Lingard has missed a lot of the 2024 season in Asia, but <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/jesse-lingard-south-korea-ex-man-utd-star-fc-seoul/blt166f51c9aa799bd1" target="_blank">has returned with four important goals</a> to help get his team over the line. He was also made captain for the second half of the campaign and will play a big part in their post-season adventures as FC Seoul look to win the title for the first time since 2016.</p>
