<p>The jubilant England side celebrated the title with thousands of fans gathered outside Buckingham Palace in London on Tuesday afternoon. Event host Alex Scott, who also starred for the Lionesses in her playing days, surprised Wieman on stage by introducing her "favourite artist" Burna Boy to the team celebrations. The Dutch coach screamed, "Oh, no way", before joining the Nigerian singer in a rendition of his popular track 'For Your Hand'.</p>

<p>England pipped Spain 3-1 in a final penalty shootout to successfully defend their European crown.
