<p>LA Galaxy have had a difficult start to the 2025 MLS season, having lost five of their eight games and are still winless after eight league games. They sit at the bottom of the Western Conference with three points and are second-last on the combined table, ahead of only CF Montreal.</p>

<p>Following their 1-1 draw to the Houston Dynamo, the LA Galaxy ended a run of two defeats in the MLS and three in their last four games across all competitions. They now face Austin FC on the road on April 18 next in the league and then host Portland Timbers on April 27 following that.</p>
