<p>City are already without several star players due to injury, with Kevin De Bruyne, Jack Grealish and Kyle Walker among those still on the treatment table. Erling Haaland was an unused substitute in Wednesday's loss as Guardiola was scared of losing the Norwegian striker to a similar ailment.</p>

<p>City have three away games left before the November international break. They travel to Bournemouth on Saturday before jetting out to Lisbon to face Sporting CP in the Champions League three days later, and wrap up this portion of the season with a trip to Brighton.</p>
