Pop star Alicia Keys has admitted that she 'loved' Ilkay Gundogan's rendition of her hit Blended Family, after the Manchester City midfielder performed a cover version in his car.

The Germany international uploaded a carpool karaoke style video of him and a friend doing a less than pitch perfect rendition of Keys' 2016 song with ASAP Rocky, with the disclaimer "Guess I'm better with boots than with beats. But still a great song by @aliciakeys!"
However, Gundogan's singing talents have not gone unnoticed, as the 15-time Grammy Award-winning singer praised his attempt, writing "Loved you singing along to #BlendedFamily with me! Killed those vocals!!"
