Kenyan defender James Situma will remain Tusker FC captain this season, the club has confirmed.
Situma has been leading the team since joining the brewers from AFC Leopards a couple of seasons ago. Coach George 'Best' Nsimbe sees no reason of displacing one of the most experienced players in his disposal. "He (Situma), will remain our captain for the 2017 season, he has been giving his best and we have no reason to doubt his ability.
"His leadership skills are outstanding and he is always committed to the team. I am confident with his leadership skills on and off the pitch," Nsimbe told Goal.
Situma was in the KPL All Stars team that suffered a 2-1 defeat against Hull City academy last Monday.
