Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has insistsed that he is unsure when midfielder Santi Cazorla will return from injury.
The Spaniard has been out of action with an Achilles problem and hasn't featured for the Gunners since the 6-0 win over Ludogorets in October.
Elneny sick before Southampton game
The likes of Mohamed Elneny and Aaron Ramsey have been asked to step in in place of the former Villarreal midfielder, with the north Londoners having won just once in their last five in all competitions.
Wenger had suggested back on November 22 that Cazorla could be two weeks away from returning to the first team but now admits he does not know when he will be back.

He told reporters: "Cazorla I don't know, honestly. It's just inflammation. It can go in two days, two weeks - I don't know.
"He has no setback, the inflammation is just still here. At the moment, it's stable."
Arsenal were beaten 2-0 by Southampton in the EFL Cup on Wednesday night and, having made 10 changes to his team, Wenger insists he has no regrets over his team selection.
"I regret the way the game went," he added.
"We have played well until now and when you look at the players who didn't play tonight, they were on the edge physically.
"When you look at the team we had, I don't think that was the problem. We didn't have the right urgency from the beginning of the game."
