Fans of the franchise debate long and hard regarding the original ratings awarded to players upon the game's annual release, with the latest tweaking of numbers intended to clear up inconsistencies between in-game ratings and players' real-life performances.

N'Golo Kante, for example, a key cog in Leicester's Premier League title-winning campaign last season and now doing the same at Chelsea, moves up a full two points overall to match his importance and consistency.

Elsewhere, some players were not so lucky, with Leicester's porous defending this term seeing captain Wes Morgan and centre-back partner Robert Huth moving down a full two points each.
